Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Return
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen calendar days of delivery. This applies to all our products except bespoke items made to your specification (custom trims, spoilers, gear knobs), and special-order items. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Fourteen days calling off period does not apply to Special orders - products made to order. Special orders can be only cancelled 2h from purchase date / time with full refund. After this if you wish to cancel special order item we will charge you cancellation fee which is 20% of the goods excluding postage costs.
Special order items will have information in the description "Special order see T&Cs"
How to Initiate a Return
1. Returns are acceptable within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, excluding Special order/Non-returnable items.
- Special order/Non-returnable items are marked with "Non-returnable Item" on the product page. Cancellation of orders for such items is not possible.
- An exception applies for special circumstances such as errors in product information or incomplete products.
2. All returns must be in their original condition, originally packed (without any signs of opening), and include all original manufacturer's packaging and/or tags.
3. Ensure inclusion of a filled Return Form and a copy of the invoice within the parcel, and send it within 14 days from the day of delivery.
- To receive a Return form, email us at sales@ctc-performance.co.uk, providing the part number and reason for the return.
- The shipment, including the products you wish to return, must be dispatched within 7 days from the date of return registration.
4. Any returns without this form being registered and included with the parcel will be refused, and you will be responsible for shipping costs in such a case.
5. When shipping returned items, you are responsible to pack and ship items properly, so the items do not get damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery, such as Royal Mail Signed For, as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
6. Please do not return any items via COD (Cash on Delivery), as we will not accept COD returns.
7. For return address details, please email: sales@ctc-performance.co.uk, and we will supply a return reference and return address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@ctc-performance.co.uk.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
If you would like to make a warranty claim on any item bought via CTC Performance, please email us at sales@ctc-performance.co.uk with the Order number, part number, and reason for the claim, and we will supply a warranty claim form. Once the form is complete, please submit it to our email. Upon receiving your claim, we will send you a claim number, and it will be passed to the manufacturer for review. If the claim is approved, a credit note or replacement part will be provided free of charge. PLEASE NOTE! ALL REPLACEMENT PARS REQUIRE TO BE FITTED BY CERTIFIED GARAGE OR CERTIFIED MECHANIC! CTC Performance Will not take any responsibility for damage caused by incorrect fitting. Under any Circumstances CTC Performance will not accept any claims of parts fitted to highly modified vehicles! Parts are designed to be replacement for OE parts! If the vehicle you are running is classified as modified vehicle ( ie. Bigger turbocharger, power increased more than 30% over manufacturer spec) will automatically void any warranty on the item purchased and fitted to your vehicle.
Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure that items posted are secured and that you receive your goods in perfect condition and in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email sales@ctc-performance.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate.
