Estimated Delivery Time
At CTC Performance, we understand the anticipation that comes with ordering our meticulously crafted products. As such, our estimated delivery times encompass both the manufacturing period and shipping duration. Each product page includes an estimated delivery timeframe, accounting for the time required to manufacture the item to our exacting standards and deliver it to your doorstep. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances or high demand may occasionally impact these estimates. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and delivering your order promptly and efficiently.
UK Mainland Delivery
Stock items are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex / DHL with tracking and signature required upon delivery (except Christmas brakes / holidays that are announced on our social media). Smaller items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order please contact us via email (sales@ctc-performance.co.uk) or through our contact form (link). Please note that each product has info about estimated delivery yo you. On products where estimated delivery is more thand 3 days please add shipping time to estimated delivery. F.I: Id the estimated delivery is 14-21days when you add shipping (1-3 days) it means you will receive product within 15-24 days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Shipping fees are for UK Mainland only. If you require shipping to Isle of White, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands please contact us before ordering.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Recoded deliveries. We make sure all deliveries are Tracked / Recorded with proof of delivery! Our system is connected with couriers we work with. As soon as label is printed - you will receive notification with tracking number where you can track the item! If you are not available on the day of delivery please make sure you rebook delivery. If there was no clear additional instructions regarding delivery CTC Performance takes no responsibility for parcels with clear proof of delivery left in a safe place by couriers. It is customers responsibility to either rebook or redirect parcel to safe place / neighbours before it gets delivered.
International Shipping.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex / DHL with tracking and signature required upon delivery (except Christmas brakes / holidays that are announced on our social media). Smaller items are shipped with Royal International Economy Service. Large item are priced individually, so if you cannot see shipping cost for large items contact us on sales@ctc-performance.co.uk
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order please contact us via email. You must report any damage to the parts or packaging within 48 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made against the shipping company. If there are any mistakes with your order such as incomplete orders or incorrect parts, you must advise us within 14 days of delivery.
when you order goods from our website for delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
